Spectrumでは、2019年3月に行われた第1回「GUNMA Vegan project」にて、プロモーション動画撮影・動画制作（英語字幕・日本語字幕）及び、SNSで英語での同時配信を担当いたしました。

2019年3月に行われた第1回「GUNMA Vegan project」では、米国・ドイツ・オーストラリアからヴィーガンと関わりの深いシェフを招聘し、群馬県内の野菜農園や大豆製品、こんにゃく工場、梅農家などを見学していただきました。
3/14には県内企業による自社商品の紹介と、県内シェフが県内食材を使い考案したヴィーガン料理の試食会を行いました。
ジェトロ群馬では、県内でのヴィーガンへの理解と飲食店の対応強化を目的とした取り組みを行うとともに、その様子を世界へと発信していきます。ご協力いただいた皆様ありがとうございます。
JETRO presents the Gunma Vegan Project, Vol. 1:
■「GUNMA Vegan project」English subtitle version
For the Gunma Vegan Project, Vol. 1, JETRO invited a team of vegan chefs from around the world, including the U.S., Australia, and Germany, to come and tour Gunma.
Together they met with local farmers and visited several facilities for products like soy sauce, konjac, tofu, and plum.
Afterwards various chefs from Gunma gathered together and held a special vegan menu tasting event for the vegan chefs.
It was an eye-opening experience for the farmers and chefs in Gunma and we at JETRO hope to continue these events in the future, as part of our ongoing commitment to develop a deeper understanding of vegan food and create more options for both vegans in Gunma.
